How long would it take for my order to arrive?

It depends on the county you order from. Generally, it takes up to 3-5 business days. Delivery takes up to 7-9 business days to countries in Asia, Oceania, Antarctica and Pacific.

Do we pay for shipping?

No. Zuki pays for the shipping charges.

With which delivery company do you work?

We send all orders from Turkey through a new generation delivery company called Navlungo.

Do you offer delivery to all countries?

Not all, but we can deliver to 230 countries. You can check the list of the countries we offer delivery here: The list

Can we pay upon delivery?

Unfortunately, no.

We were not at the address at the time of delivery, what should we do?

The delivery company should contact you from the phone number you provided to Zuki before coming to the address. After your confirmation they should come for delivery. If you are not found at the address, they will call you again for a next visit.

How do you provide payment security?

Our website has been created with the Shopify payment infrastructure. Shopify is one of the world's most recognized and reliable payment infrastructures.

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order before the shipping process starts. Unfortunately, we don’t have the chance to call back the package after it is delivered to the shipping company. In this case, return process applies.

Can I change the address details of my order?

You can change the address details of your order before the shipping process starts. After the shipping process starts it would unfortunately be late for an address change. But in such cases please e-mail us.

Do you have a physical store?

Unfortunately, we currently don’t have a physical store.

Return, Change and Cancellation Policy

Can I return a product I purchased?

You can return a product within 14 business days from the day you receive it. But as you may well understand, as it is a work of art, we require you to send the product the way you received it, packing it well to protect against any damage.

Can I change a product I purchased?

If you want to change it with another painting, we would like to help you although it’s a delicate product. In this case, if you return a product, well-packed and in accordance with the return policy and if there’s no damage on the product, we can send you any other product of your preference.

Who pays for the delivery costs of returned products?

Zuki. When you document the delivery costs applied upon return, we send you that amount of money to your account.

When can I receive the money I paid for a returned product?

The money is paid back into your account within 5 business days after we receive the returned product.


Are the paintings original?

Yes. All paintings are handmade, original and one of a kind. Possibility to achieve a similar one is even less than 1%. It is because of the technique we use. The paints form a flow to create the painting, therefore making that flow specific to that unique moment.

What kind of paints do you use?

We use acrylic paints. For a long-lasting quality and a more lively appearance we use paints of certain brands such as Amsterdam, Art Creation and Pebeo.

Are the canvases of good quality?

Although we need to separate from the arts we create, it is important for us to know that they last for long in living spaces. Therefore, we used highest quality materials possible. The paints we use form a weight on the canvas. 100% cotton, three layered canvas provides perfect absorption. The durable wedges are required for the canvas to stay in place, look good and stretched.

Do you provide a tool to hang the paintings?

We don’t send extra tools. We recommend you hang the paintings traditionally with nails or use new generation durable tapes.

Who creates the paintings?

Me, Serap Ödül, the founder of Zuki. I create each work of art with my own hands.
